Set in a fantastic location, it is spotless and very well equipped and is a wonderful place to sample the delights of Topsham or to just enjoy the breathtaking south-west facing estuary views from its balcony.

The waterfront holiday cottage is available all year round for rental on a self catering accommodation basis and sleeps 4-6 people.
